Policy

1. Check in Between 16:00 and 21:00 - Check out by 11:00. 

2. Children of all ages are welcome. 

3. Pets are allowed at a charge of GBP 10.00 per day. 

4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas. 

5. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge. 

Payment Conditions

A deposit 50% of the stay is required. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Full booking balance can be paid on departure. Payments by cash, bacs, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. 

Additional Check In Notes

Please ring the pub on 01469 569998 to arrange a check-in if after 21.00pm.

Early check in from 1pm charged at £20 per room (subject to availability)

Late check out is available until 1pm charged at £20 per room (subject to availability)

Cancellation Conditions

If a booking is cancelled less than 1 day before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
