Our largest and most spacious room, Pimlico offers a relaxing retreat with lovely views over the garden. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and flexibility, it can be arranged with either a luxurious king-size bed or twin single beds to suit your stay.

AUDLEBY
A comfortable and welcoming room within the main building, Audleby offers a relaxing stay with a flexible layout to suit your needs. The king-size bed can be arranged as twin single beds on request.

Audleby is one of two rooms (alongside Fonaby) that can be combined to create a family suite, with its own vestebule behind a lockable door, ideal for families travelling together. Featuring a private en-suite bathroom, generous storage and complimentary hot drinks facilities, entertainment and Wi-Fi.

FONABY
A cosy and welcoming king room, located on the first floor of the main building with views over the garden. Featuring an en-suite shower room, complimentary entertainment, Wi-Fi and tea & coffee facilities.

Fonaby can be paired with Signature King room Audleby to create a family suite, with both rooms having its own vestebule behind a lockable door.

CABOURNE
One of our most-loved rooms due to its grand roll-top bath in the large en-suite bathroom, sympathetically designed in keeping with the Grade II listed status of the Georgian building. Situated in the main building and overlooking the gardens of The New Inn, Cabourne is popular for quiet getaways and hiking stop-offs.

NEWSHAM
Located on the first-floor of the main building, a cosy king-size room with a generously sized changing and storage vestebule. The room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, complimentary tea & coffee facilities, television and Wi-Fi.

MELTON
A cosy, dog-friendly king-size room, located on the ground floor of the external barn conversion. With an en-suite shower room with step-in cubicle, and equipped with complimentary tea & coffee facilities, television and Wi-Fi.

CROXTON
The largest room within our external barn conversion, with an en-suite shower room. Dog-friendly and fully equipped with complimentary tea & coffee facilities, television and Wi-Fi.

LIMBER
A classic king-size room located on the ground floor of the external barn conversion. This room is dog-friendly and has an en-suite wet room with accessible features. Equipped with complimentary tea & coffee facilities, television and Wi-Fi.

HENDALE
A cosy, dog-friendly first-floor room in the external barn conversion. One of two rooms on the upper floor, which makes it perfect for booking with others. A comfortable king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and includes complimentary tea & coffee facilities, television and Wi-Fi.

MAUXHALL
